Once upon a time there was a little red hen who lived in a big farm-yard. She had eight fluffy yellow chicks. One morning the little red hen found a grain of wheat. . . and that is where it all began. Working, teaching, helping, sharing. And this is where it continues on.

Recipe Request: I think the hardest part of fixing a meal is thinking of a side dish. In our house it is either Rice-A-Roni or mashed potatoes. I could use some new ideas. Thanks
Hannah - this doesn't need a recipe, but have you ever tried couscous? It's a pasta that is really small - smaller than a grain of rice. They have different flavors and it only takes about five minutes. We really like it and Maggie LOVES it. It's usually either next to the rice-a-roni section or the pasta section in the grocery store.
